Let’s begin with honesty: nightfall isn’t talked about enough. Many men wake up confused, anxious, or even ashamed after experiencing a wet dream. As a urologist, I’ve listened to countless patients whisper their fears, worried that they’re “broken” or “abnormal.”

Let me be clear: nightfall is entirely natural.
